How to find us:

Our Essex Cash & Carry is situated in Chadwell Heath, close to Dagenham, Ilford, Romford and Barking.

Directions by car:

From the M25 turn off at junction 28 and take the A12 towards London.  Follow the A12 to the junction for the A112 (you should see the Moby Dick pub on the left hand side).  Turn left onto the A112 (Whalebone Lane North).  Follow the A112, cross the traffic lights and head over the railway bridge.  After crossing the railway line, take the next right at the traffic lights into Selinas Lane.  Follow Selinas Lane onto Freshwater Road, and Hoo Hing is on the right hand side (about 650 metres).

From the A406 turn onto the A12 and head towards Chelmsford.  Follow the A12 to the junction for the A112 (you should see the Moby Dick pub on the right hand side).  Turn right onto the A112 (Whalebone Lane North).  Follow the A112, cross the traffic lights and head over the railway bridge.  After crossing the railway line, take the next right at the traffic lights into Selinas Lane.  Follow Selinas Lane onto Freshwater Road, and Hoo Hing is on the right hand side (about 650 metres).

Directions from Chadwell Heath train station (Elizabeth Line):

Our Chadwell Heath Superstore is 10 minutes walk from Chadwell Heath train station which is on the Elizabeth Line. Exit the station and turn right.  Head down the hill about 150 metres to the traffic lights and then turn left onto Freshwater Road.  Weare situated on the left hand side of the road, approx. 500 metres from the lights.
