They bought with them many influences not least a sauce made from peanuts and spices which has evolved into the Satay Sauce we know today. Yeo's satay sauce is mild and savoury, made with crushed peanuts, coconut, seasonings and spices. An ideal dipping sauce with satay and all barbecues, it can also be used in cooking.
